How one school increased student happiness with one simple exercise

At the 2nd Canadian Conference on Positive Psychology this July, we had the world premiere of this short video about how Sterling Hall School implemented the Three Good Things Exercise to increase student happiness. It is amazing to see how one simple exercise can have an impact on an entire school including faculty, staff and students.  Watch how one simple activity made a difference.

Lots more schools should consider this simple activity, which became such an experience for teachers and students alike (and probably parents, too!).
