How it works…

Watercooler talks are uplifting virtual gatherings that teach people about wellbeing

  • Gatherings happen twice a week for 30 minutes – brief with huge impact
  • A skilled facilitator teaches a practical wellbeing tool people can use right away, and the science behind it
  • Participants have 15 minutes to practice the tool with others in the Watercooler
  • In the Watercooler we don’t talk about problems, we talk about solutions and aim to uplift and energize people so people emerge feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the day
  • Your people will walk away with more resilience tools and feeling a greater connection with others

What Watercooler Alumni Are Saying

Why do we call it a watercooler?

In a recent Canadian mental wellbeing study, people across Canada were asked if they needed mental health support.

The answer was a resounding ‘Yes!’ But then when asked about mental health programs, people were hesitant to sign up. This indicates that there is still a stigma with mental health programs. By asking people to just join a Watercooler talk, it helps to remove the stigma associated with mental health programs.
