How I stayed Healthy & Happy During the Worst Year of my Life Part 2

In my last video blog I talked about my journey to positive mental health and well-being and how 2015 was probably the worst year of my life. Because so many people asked me what I did to stay so grounded last year after living through so many personal hardships, I have started this video series to share my practices in positive psychology and how they keep me healthy and happy.
