Hello Friends! After a long hiatus from video blogging I am back!
Last year was probably the worst year of my life. So many people have asked me, how did you stay so grounded and maintain your well-being during so many life challenges? I told them it was my practice of positive psychology. So over the next several video blogs I am going to share with you all of my daily practices that keep me happy, confident, resilient and healthy no matter what is going on in my life.
