Is Positive Psychology about being positive all the time?
The simple answer to that question is a flat out no. But let me explain...You see most people think that all us people who practice positive psychology are out there just telling everyone to smile and be positive all the time. In this video I share two things about what the ‘positive’ in positive psychology really means and it’s not about being positive all the time.
Sometimes what is discovered in positive psychology is not positive at all. It’s about studying what gets us a positive outcome so we can be successful. I hope this video gives you a better understanding of all sides of positive psychology.
