Continuing with my theme of overcoming overwhelm, in this video I talk about how to say 'no' with confidence. We always have this urge to want to say 'yes' when others reach out to us because it is uncomfortable saying no. Learning a confident way to say 'no' can absolutely help you maintain balance and improve your well-being. You first have to believe that you are worthy of standing up for what you need. So begin with that thought. I hope you enjoy this week's tip.
I hope you will join me November 16 & 17 in Toronto for my first Confidence Formula workshop!
