In this podcast we talk about women and wellbeing and we interview one of the US’ top women's health experts to find out why and what women can do about improving their own wellbeing. Listen in to this interview with Dr. Alice Domar, who is the Executive Director of the Domar Center for Mind/Body Health, and the Director of Mind/Body Services at Boston IVF. She conducts ongoing research that focuses on the relationship between stress and women's health, and creates programs to help women decrease physical and psychological symptoms. She is the author of several books including Be Happy Without Being Perfect; How to Break Free from the Perfection Deception - which she co-authored with Alice Lesch Kelly. Also on the show we interview Marla Warner from ‘For Health: Wellness Consultants’. Marla holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and is a certified Stress Management Educator and Health Behaviour Coach. Marla is a consultant, trainer, coach, and educator in corporate health and wellness and has extensive experience as a Stress Management Therapist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
